How to Prepare
• Grease a large rectangular baking pan with butter and dust it with flour. Set aside.
• In a blender, combine the eggs, sugar, milk, butter, and 1 cup of flour. Blend until smooth.
• Add the remaining flour and blend a little more until fully incorporated.
• Add the peanuts and pulse for about 5 seconds, just enough to mix them in without over-blending.
• Stir in the baking powder with a spoon.
• Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 30 to 40 minutes. To check if the cake is done, insert a toothpick into the center—if it comes out clean, it’s ready.
