Daal Farm
respects your
privacy

More than complying with the law, we want to reconnect you to your information.

Who we are

Our website address is: https://fazendadaal.com.br/

Comments

When visitors leave comments on our site, we collect the data entered in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent to help detect and prevent spam.

An anonymized string (also known as a hash) generated from your email address may be shared with the Gravatar service to check if you are using it.  You can view Gravatar’s privacy policy here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible alongside your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors can download these images from the site and extract their location data from them.

Cookies

When you leave a comment on our site, you may choose to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. This is for your convenience, so you won’t need to re-enter your details the next time you leave a comment.  These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and log in to our site, we will set a temporary cookie to check if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and screen display preferences. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for one year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login will persist for two weeks.  Logging out will remove the login cookies.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not include any personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded media from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the password reset email.

How long do we keep your data?

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. We do this so we can recognize and automatically approve any follow-up comments instead of holding them in moderation.

For users who register on our website (if applicable), we store the personal information provided in their user profiles. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time—except for the username, which cannot be changed. Site administrators can also view and edit this information.

What are your rights over your data?

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including any information you have provided. You can also ask us to delete your personal data, though this doesn’t include data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security reasons.

Where is your data sent?

Visitor comments may be checked by an automated spam detection service to help prevent spam.
