Low Carb Peanut Bread

How to Prepare
• Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
• In a blender, combine the eggs, salt, butter, Daal Farm Peanut Flour, and flaxseed flour. Blend until smooth and well combined.
• Add the baking powder and gently mix it in with a spoon.
• Pour the batter into a silicone mold or a greased and floured baking dish.
• If desired, sprinkle Daal Farm Skinless Unsalted Roasted Peanuts on top for garnish.
• Bake for 25–30 minutes. To check if it’s done, insert a toothpick in the center—if it comes out clean, it’s ready.
• Let it cool, then unmold and serve.
